We're based in Cheras, Selangor. All DIETBLADE™ orders ship directly from our logistics warehouse in Hulu Selangor.
Usually, after order has been placed, we will ship your item on the next working days, and should arrive to you within 1 to 3 working days.
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us back.
Your DIETBLADE™ can be stored in a cupboard, as you would any other cup or protein shaker. We recommend keeping the lid loose rather than tightly closed, to allow any excess water to evaporate.
We recommend after each use to blend water with a drop of soap to clean your DIETBLADE™. Rinse with plain water, and you're ready to go again.
Your DIETBLADE™ portable blender is designed to hold 350ml fluid ounces. Through extensive user testing, we determined this to be the ideal size for convenience and portability.
Every DIETBLADE™ has been tested extensively and rigorously before sending out to all of our customer. But, in rare cases which you found DIETBLADE™ is not functioning within 14 days, you may send us an email and we will happily to send a brand new DIETBLADE™ for you.
